Two important seminars were presented under the titles “Preservation of Jihadi Artifacts” and “Introduction to Annual Evaluation and Academic Programs.”
Under the umbrella of the Academic Affairs vice Presidency of the Afghan International Islamic University, two important seminars titled “Preservation of Jihadi Artifacts” and “Introduction to Annual Evaluation and Academic Programs” were presented by the General Directorate of Professional Development.
In this academic program, internal professors of the university and members of the leadership council participated. The first seminar was conducted by the Deputy for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor Dr. Abdul Wahid Liaqat, who provided detailed information regarding the implementation of the decree related to the preservation of jihadi artifacts. He stated that jihadi artifacts represent the bravery, sacrifice, and struggles of Muslims in the history of the Islamic Ummah. He explained in detail the identification and types of jihadi artifacts, the authorities responsible for implementing the decree, their value, and the duties and responsibilities of the Directorate for the Preservation of Jihadi Artifacts.
Subsequently, the second seminar was presented by the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia, Dr. Abdul Haq Hanif, under the title “Introduction to Annual Evaluation and Academic Programs.” In his remarks, he clearly and systematically explained the concept of annual evaluation, the meaning of academic programs and evaluation, how an institution is evaluated, and the main objectives of annual evaluation.
In the final part of the seminars, participants were given the opportunity for questions and answers. During this session, academic discussions were held on the presented topics, and participants shared their questions and views.
