Monthly Meeting of the General Curriculum Committee Held

The monthly meeting of the General Curriculum Committee of Afghan International Islamic University was held under the auspices of the Academic Affairs Vice-Chancellorship of the university.

The meeting was attended by Pohandoy Dr. Abdul Wahid Liaqat, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs; Sheikh Abdul Malik Niazi, Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs; Pohandoy Dr. Hamidullah Younasi, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture; along with the members of the General Curriculum Committee.

The session commenced with opening remarks by Dr. Liaqat, who welcomed the participants and provided comprehensive explanations regarding the objectives, agenda, and the importance of curriculum standardization.

During the meeting, in-depth discussions were held on several important academic and administrative issues, including the renaming of departments into international languages, the sharing of course materials in both soft and hard formats with the Curriculum Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education, and other related matters. Participants reviewed these issues from various perspectives and presented practical recommendations to ensure their effective implementation.

It is worth mentioning that the leadership of Afghan International Islamic University, alongside other academic and administrative activities, continues its sustained efforts to enhance academic standards, modernize curricula, and establish a standardized learning environment for students.
