غونډه کې چې د افغان نړیوال اسلامي پوهنتون معاونینو او د ستراتيژیک پلان کمېټې اعضاوو ګډون کړی وو، لومړی د افغان نړیوال اسلامي پوهنتون سرپرست رئیس پوهندوی ډاکټر رفیع الله عطاء د ستراتيژیک پلان پر اهمیت او ارزښت خبرې وکړې او زیاته یې کړه چې ستراتيژیک پلان یوې ادارې لپاره ډېر زیات اړین دی او پکار ده چې زمونږ ستراتيژیک پلان ټولو برخو ته شامل وي.

وروسته د ستراتيژیک پلان عمومي کمېټې غړو په خپل نوبت سره په اجنډا کې د شاملو موضوعاتو په اړه خبرې او بحث وکړ.
