در آغاز این جلسه، قاضی محمد ادریس آخندزاده معاون امور محصلان پوهنتون اسلامی بین‌المللی افغان ضمن خیر مقدم به اعضای این کمیته، در مورد اهمیت این کمیته صحبت کرد و افزود که کمیته نظم و دسپلین بسیار مهم و ضروری است و باید به این مهم توجه کامل صورت گیرد.

در ادامه،اعضای کمیته در خصوص موضوعات درج شده در دستور کار جلسه بحث و تبادل نظر کردند.
