این مصاحبه، با حضور دکتور رفیع الله عطا معاون امور علمی پوهنتون اسلامی بین المللی افغان، مولوی احمدالله احمدزی معاون امور روابط بین‌الملل، پوهنیار دکتور عبدالحی کیوان رییس پوهنحی انجنیری و پوهندوی دکتور عارف نعیم زاد برگزار شد.

در این مصاحبه آنلاین روی جزییات شرایط پذیرش استاد، سابقه تدریس، مقالات نشر شده توسط استاد خارجی،  تحویل مالی و حمایوی استادان خارجی ، تعهد و علاقمندی حضور استاد خارجی در پوهنتون اسلامی بین المللی افغان؛ بحث و تبادل نظر شد.
