At the beginning of the seminar, the Acting President of the University, Associate Professor Dr. Rafiullah Atta, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants and provided a comprehensive explanation regarding the teaching and interpretation of the decrees of the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect and preserve him).
Dr. Rafiullah Atta, while elaborating on the decrees concerning occasions of grief and happiness, emphasized that during both situations, non-Islamic practices and unnecessary expenses must be avoided.
Afterward, the Deputy for Academic Affairs, Dr. Abdul Wahid Liaqat, presented a scholarly paper on the duties and responsibilities of university professors, offering important guidance to the faculty members regarding their academic and administrative obligations.
It is worth mentioning that the Afghan International Islamic University continues to carry out various activities aimed at explaining and implementing the decrees of the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin may Allah protect and preserve him including organizing academic seminars, designing public awareness materials for social media, delivering sermons through mosques, and broadcasting related videos on the university’s internal screens.
