A decree on the prohibition of alcohol was presented to the administrative staff.
The Directorate of Dawah and Guidance of the Afghan International Islamic University presented the decree of the Commander of the Faithful — may Allah protect and preserve him — regarding the prohibition of alcohol to the administrative staff in Masjid Sharif.

This decree, presented by the Director of Dawah and Guidance, Mawlawi Abdul Qayyum Haqqani, explained the reasons for the prohibition of alcohol, the harms of its consumption, the benefits of its prohibition, the Islamic Sharia guidelines concerning it, and included a detailed presentation of the decree signed by the Commander of the Faithful — may Allah protect and preserve him.

It is worth mentioning that the Afghan International Islamic University regularly conducts programs for the administrative and service staff to teach and explain religious guidance and the decrees of the Commander of the Faithful — may Allah protect and preserve him. Just yesterday, a seminar on the prevention of improper customs during the performance of Hajj was presented to the university’s vice chancellors, deans, and professors.
